Rey Mysterio is a WWE Hall of Famer for a reason, and he has a lot of people looking in his direction. His son, Dominik Mysterio, recently caught a lot of attention for mimicking Eddie Guerrero’s swag, and Chavo Guerrero had something to say about that as well.

Konnan, who is the booker for AAA and a WCW legend, recently shared his perspective on Chavo Guerrero’s remarks about Rey Mysterio. Those remarks included some pretty heavy accusations.

In a separate interview with Bill Apter, Konnan said that Mysterio initially believed that Chavo genuinely had a problem with him.

“I actually talked to Chavo about that because that’s very out of character for him, especially knowing how much Eddie loved Rey and Rey loved Eddie, and he just told me, ‘I’m just working everybody, bro.’ And I go, ‘Yeah, ’cause Rey didn’t think that.’ I guess he called Rey, and he told him the same thing.”

Chavo Guerrero made accusations against Mysterio, claiming that he was “prostituting” Eddie Guerrero’s name by frequently mentioning the late WWE Hall of Famer on television. This was sort of a hot topic in the pro wrestling community for a while.
