Melina Reacts To Seth Rollins & Rhea Ripley Callback On WWE RAW

Melina is undoubtedly one of the most important names in the history of the WWE women’s division, as she worked hard to establish herself as one of the better female wrestlers during her time in the company. Now it appears that she also reacted to Seth Rollins and Rhea Ripley’s callback on RAW this week.

Melina played a vital role in the women’s division during the mid-2000s, when the era of Lita and Trish Stratus was coming to a close. Alongside talented performers such as Michelle McCool, Beth Phoenix, and Mickie James, Melina helped lead the division during a time when female wrestlers did not have the same opportunities as they do today.

As seen on this week’s episode of Monday Night RAW, Seth Rollins and AJ Styles squared off against The Judgment Day in a tag team match. Seth Rollins was involved in a hilarious moment with Ripley during the match, as they recreated the same spot that Shawn Michaels and Melina did during the 2006 Survivor Series event.

Melina took to Twitter and reacted to a video that compared the two interactions, making it clear that she absolutely loved the callback. Needless to say, fans also enjoyed that callback.

In January 2022, Melina made a surprise appearance in a WWE ring as the second entrant in the Women’s Royal Rumble match, much to the delight of the fans in attendance. She hasn’t been seen on WWE television ever since, but fans still hope to see her back eventually.
