WWE staff have a lot of things to think about right now, and the company wants to make sure that they are all on the same page. That is one of the main reasons why the company called a mandated meeting today, and now we have the notes.

WWE and UFC merging has caused a lot of people to wonder if there will be cuts in WWE. This could cause issues with staff, especially during a time when everyone was required to return to the offices as remote working is now a thing of the past.

PW Insider reports that WWE’s latest all hands on deck meeting is in the books. WWE CEO Nick Khan led the meeting, and the general theme was to boost morale in the company.

WWE held their latest “all hands on deck” meeting for employees this afternoon, led by WWE CEO Nick Khan.  We are told it was basically a morale boosting meeting praising how great things are and how much the company appreciates everyone’s hard work.  There was no indication, warning or comment about potential impending cuts that are expected to be made once the Endeavor acquisition becomes official.

It was also noted that, “There were no big announcements” in the meeting. This was simply a meeting to check the temperature of the company and do some rah-rah speeches.

WWE has a lot of things to address in the company, and it’s good that they are keeping staff up to date on what they’re doing. Of course, when WWE is so massive it’s hard to make any moves without creating headlines, so a lot of staff are smartened up online.

What’s your take on WWE’s latest moves with the UFC? Do you think it will ruin the company? Sound off in the comments!
