WWE has a lot of plans for the future, and that includes another trip to Saudi Arabia later this month. That will call for some special plans to accommodate the extra travel.

WWE Night of Champions is going down in the Jeddah SuperDome in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. That also requires a trip around the world, and the roster can’t be in two places at one time. This can be achieved if they tape things in advance.

PW Insider reports that WWE is going to double up on SmackDown’s taping for the May 26th episode of SmackDown. They will tape the episode in advance, so fans should expect spoilers.

Due the necessary travel required for the 5/27 WWE Night of Champions PPV in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia the 5/26 edition of Friday Night Smackdown will be taped in advance.

This Friday’s Smackdown taping in Columbia, SC will commence at 6:45 PM Eastern and tape two episodes of the FOX series.

This is a smart move for WWE, because they need to be able to make it to Saudi Arabia with plenty of time, and SmackDown’s Friday air-time might cause an issue for them.

WWE will have to make this move in order to make it back to Saudi Arabia, and they will still air a new episode of SmackDown, it just won’t be live. We will have full spoilers as soon as they are available right here at Ringside News.
