Adam Page Sporting An Eyepatch During In-Ring Return At AEW House Rules Event

Adam Page has established himself as a cornerstone of AEW’s television programming since he was one of the first talents to sign with the company in 2019. He has earned a loyal fan base due to his relatable and compelling character work, which sets him apart as a fan-favorite. After a hiatus, Page finally returned to the ring during the recent AEW House Rules event and even changed up his look.

During the April 5th episode of AEW Dynamite, The Millennial Cowboy suffered a brutal assault at the hands of The Blackpool Combat Club. The attack ended with Bryan Danielson hitting Adam Page in the eye with a screwdriver.

The former AEW World Champion had been absent from AEW television since the brutal attack. It was then announced that Adam Page was going to make his in-ring return at the May 13th AEW House Rules event. 

As revealed by a Twitter user, Adam Page could be seen sporting an eyepatch during his match against Big Bill. In the end, Page defeated the Firm member in the No Disqualification match via pinfall.

Hangman Page’s contract is running out with AEW and there is no indication that he might sign another contract. Regardless, we’ll have to see whether Page will stick with the company in the end.
