WWE has fans all over the world, and a lot more of them will get to see their favorite Superstars thanks to the company’s new “open for business” policy. Superstars are taking trips all over the world for big shows, and this will become a new focus for WWE.

WWE is coming off a big Backlash event in Puerto Rico. Night of Champions is also set to go down in Saudi Arabia on May 27th, an event where a new World Heavyweight Champion will be crowned.

The Wrestling Observer Newsletter brought up the point that WWE is “more serious’ about hosting big events outside the United States, especially if the money is right.

The idea of doing a major show in Perth, Western Australia, with the local tourism group co-promoting it has gotten more serious as WWE officials went to Perth to discuss such a show and it would be a PPV event

WWE is also raking in big paydays for those events outside the United States. Puerto Rico’s tourism board paid the company seven figures to bring them Backlash. Saudi Arabia also has a massive ten-year contract with WWE that is only about half-way through.

WWE has shows booked all over the world, including Saudi Arabia later this month. The company obviously sees the big money attached to hosting events like that in other countries, and it appears they are not going to slow down at all in their continued quest for global domination.
