WWE has a lot of possibilities on their rosters, because many Superstars have histories with each other. Injuries are never good and they can derail plans. It seems that WWE might have plans to reunite a very popular team when one member is ready to return.

During WWE RAW this week, fans saw The Way reunite. That old NXT stable of Johnny Gargano, Candace LeRae, Indi Hartwell, and Dexter Lumis seemed like they hadn’t missed a beat either.

During that promo time, Johnny Gargano made a reference about how “he” is coming back too. Candice LeRae then said that she wasn’t too sure that is a good idea. While they didn’t name who “he” is, there is a very good possibility that we already know.

During Wrestling Observer Radio, Dave Meltzer briefly discussed the idea that Tommaso Ciampa might be on his way back to join Johnny Gargano on Raw.

Could be [Ciampa]. Yeah, they’d be good opponents [for the tag team titles]

WWE has a lot going on, and they also need full rosters with people they can use in desired spots. Team DIY had a very short run on the WWE main roster years ago, but it seems that fans might get to see even more soon.

Tommaso Ciampa is still nursing neck injury that he sustained last year. He is working out, and in great shape by all accounts. Only time will tell if Team DIY gets another lengthy run, but fans from NXT know that Tommaso Ciampa and Johnny Gargano also make great rivals as well as partners.

What’s your take on Tommaso Ciampa’s injury situation? Do you want to see another Team DIY run in WWE? Sound off in the comments!
