Wardlow and Powerhouse Hobbs battled in Pittsburgh in a battle of the big men, and the crowd was all in as well. The two wrestled through an entire commercial break, and their match ended as the second hour of the show started.

Wardlow ended Powerhouse Hobbs’ own short reign to become a three-time TNT Champion. This was quite an accomplishment, as the TNT Championship changed hands once again.

Right after Wardlow won the match, Christian Cage and Luchasaurus came out to make their presence known. It appears that is Wardlow’s direction now. Only time will tell what’s next for Powerhouse Hobbs.

Wardlow did a segment previously in the night with Arn Anderson. It appears that AEW might have found a new client for the Enforcer on-screen.
