The Usos are undoubtedly one of the most accomplished tag teams in the history of WWE. They continue to break records and ensure they are future WWE Hall of Famers. They are not strangers to breaking records and making history and now it sees The Usos have achieved yet another history-making milestone in WWE.
The Usos have proven their dominance in WWE as one of the most accomplished tag teams in recent years. Their ability to win both RAW and SmackDown Tag Team Championships under both the old and new regimes is a testament to their skill and talent.
Jimmy and Jey Uso are currently recognised as WWE’s Undisputed Tag Team Champions. They won the SmackDown Tag Team Title in July 2021, and then went on to defeat RK-Bro in May 2022 to also claim the Raw tag championship.
According to @WWEStats on Twitter, The Usos have now held the SmackDown Tag Team Championship for a total of 1000 days, if one includes all five of their reigns with the blue belts. This impressive feat now makes them the first team in WWE history to hold the same tag team title for such a lengthy period.
Today, The @WWEUsos become the first Superstars in history to hold the same tag team championship for 1,000 total days. They are 5-time @WWE #SmackDown Tag Team Champions, and if you combine all of their time with that title (2017 – present), they reach the 1000-day mark today.
The Usos are set to defend their titles against Kevin Owens and Sam Zayn at WrestleMania 39. We will have to wait and see whether they will be able to retain their titles and continue to make history.
