AEW experienced a certain level of turnover in its roster, with some talent leaving and new talent coming in. Over the past few months, there have been a few departures from Tony Khan’s roster. Even Vickie Guerrero, who has been with AEW, is expected to leave soon. In fact, Guerrero stated that AEW did not give her a chance to progress at all.

As previously reported, Vickie Guerrero is set to “finish up” with AEW, and she will be leaving the company in few months’ time. She worked as Nyla Rose’s manager and had some solid moments.

This was especially true during Nyla Rose’s feud with Jade Cargill. Guerrero also revealed that her contract will officially be expiring in July, so she does not have much time left.

While speaking to Denise Salcedo, Vickie Guerrero talked about her time in AEW. The former WWE manager revealed that AEW did not give her character a chance to progress at all.

“My character wasn’t progressed for the three years, and opportunities weren’t given. I just felt like, for me, as a professional decision, I needed to go somewhere else where I’m able to be the character that I want to be and to be appreciated for the work that I can present inside the ring. Even though I’m gonna miss managing Nyla and Marina, three years is good. I tried it, I bought the t-shirt, I get to say I was there, and I’m ready to move on and bet on myself. So with the way doors have opened, I’m very grateful, and I know that AEW’s gonna be very successful, and they’re gonna do great stuff in the future. I just want to take a different road.”

It remains to be seen what Vickie Guerrero’s next move will be following her departure from All Elite Wrestling. However, she has a life outside of professional wrestling that she may choose to focus on. We extend our best wishes to Vickie Guerrero as she embarks on a new journey.
