Cody Rhodes is one of the top stars in WWE right now after his return at the Royal Rumble back in January. Following his impressive performance at WrestleMania 38, his popularity and status within the company only continue to increase every week. Rhodes was part of Smackdown this week in the opening match. It seems he also competed after Smackdown went off the air this week.

Cody Rhodes is currently operating at peak performance as he prepares for his upcoming main event match at WrestleMania. That means he pulls double duty on the blue brand for the enjoyment of fans.

The Blue Branded Show started off with a bang, as The American Nightmare put on a spectacular performance against Imperium’s Ludwig Kaiser. Despite interference from The Bloodline’s Paul Heyman and Solo Sikoa at ringside, Cody emerged victorious, showcasing his skill and determination by executing a Cross-Rhodes to secure the win.

Following the match, Heyman delivered a scathing promo on the WrestleMania challenger, setting the stage for an upcoming one-on-one match between Cody and Solo on Raw next week. Cody is undoubtedly relishing the opportunity to take on his adversary and prove his worth in the ring.

But Cody’s night was far from over, as he continued to demonstrate his unwavering focus and commitment to his craft. Even after the SmackDown episode had ended at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, Cody still had one more match to compete in.

Teaming up with The Street Profits, the former AEW star participated in an exhilarating six-man tag team match against The Usos and Solo Sikoa of The Bloodline. Naturally, Rhodes’ team picked up the win.

It remains to be seen how WrestleMania 39 pays off for Cody Rhodes. After all, he will be challenging Roman Reigns for the Undisputed WWE Universal Championship at the Show of Shows.
