WORK IN PROGRESS
Today I felt that I broke a record after several months (operation, therapies and different types of training) today I was able to lift 60 lbs on the chest I know very well that for many people is little or for many it is too much but for me it’s amazing , after I was able to lift 130 or 140 lbs chest dumbbells. #goals#metas#latino#soon#time#andrade#elidolo
