It seems that Roman Reigns might be in the end stages of his WWE Undisputed Universal Championship run. Reigns’ put himself in the history books with his phenomenal Championship run, which has been a talk of in the wrestling world. The Tribal Chief’s work as a heel has been appreciated by many wrestling pundits and fans all around the world.

Roman Reigns has defended the Undisputed Championship 27 times during his illustrious run as a Champion, with his most recent one against Sami Zayn at Elimination Chamber. Roman Reigns began his illustrious title reign with Jey Uso as the first opponent, and this also helped Reigns advance as a heel. The feud was a treat for fans during the COVID Pandemic and can be placed in the list of Top ten feuds of Reigns’ career.

While Jey Uso went into limbo after the events at the Royal Rumble unfolded, he recently made it clear that he would be would always be on his family’s side. Many feel Cody Rhodes may end Reigns’ iconic run as Undisputed WWE Universal Champion. United States Champion Austin Theory has a different opinion regarding the dethroning of Reigns.

During a recent interview with Riju Dasgupta, Theory praised Jey Uso for his development in the ring and mentioned him as the one who could defeat Reigns for the Undisputed Universal Championship.

“Look at where Jey’s come from in the past let’s even say two years, the level that he’s on. He’s always been on a great level, but you just see him shining and, honestly, man, I know they say there’s nobody that can take those titles from Roman, but it could be someone standing right next to him. That’s all I’m gonna say.”

Roman Reigns’ latest WWE appearance was on March 3rd edition of SmackDown, where he had a verbal confrontation with Cody Rhodes. He questioned Rhodes’ ability to compete for the World Championship and main eventing at WrestleMania. Rhodes was emotionally fired up after Reigns mentioned that Dusty Rhodes never acknowledged him. Rhodes then went on to say that he would prove his worth to Reigns at WrestleMania by beating him at the event.
