Liv Morgan proved that fans need to watch her as she won the SmackDown Women’s Title. This was a huge moment for the former Riott Squad member, and she wore her title proudly during that reign. Ronda Rousey was able to take that title back from her, and it still sticks with Morgan to this day.

Ever since she was in NXT, fans have overlooked Liv Morgan. She arrived on the WWE main roster as part of the Riott Squad with Ruby Riott and Sarah Logan, but that stable didn’t do much either. It wasn’t until Ruby and Sarah were gone until Liv Morgan really shined on her own.

While speaking to the Out of Character podcast, Liv Morgan opened up about dropping her title to Ronda Rousey. She admitted that it stung, but it also left her with nothing to lose.

“I have so much room to play, which I really appreciate. I feel like passing out and losing my title the way that it did. I had worked so hard for that and then for it to be taken away. I have nothing left to lose. I have nothing else to lose, and I feel like my back is against the wall. So I’m ready and willing to do anything and everything that I need to do to eventually get my championship back.

So if that means putting myself through pain, putting others through pain – I’m down and ready for it all. I’m having so much fun with it, and I’m enjoying it. I enjoy kind of seeing how far I can go. How far I can be pushed and how far I can push others. How far they can push me. It’s been really cool.”

Liv Morgan seems determined to make it back to the title scene. She almost won the 2023 Women’s Royal Rumble match as well, but she was eliminated last by Rhea Ripley as the two fought on the apron of the ring in the Alamodome.

Only time will tell what’s next for Liv Morgan, but it certainly seems that she has her eye on the prize once again. We’ll have to see if anything gets in her way this time around.
