AEW has a bustling backstage area, and you never know who will show up next. It turns out that two notable names were present this week at Dynamite.

Former WWE superstars Jazz and Rodney Mack were at Dynamite taping in San Antonio, Texas, visiting before the show and were acknowledged before the crowd by ring-announcer Justin Roberts before the show went on the air.

Jazz was inducted into the Women’s Wrestling Hall Of Fame last month. Jazz and Mack run a training school with AEW star Thunder Rosa called the Dogg Pound Dojo in San Antonio.

According to a report from PW Insider, the two were at the show alongside Thunder Rosa who was also present backstage but didn’t show up for the fans in attendance.

Thunder Rosa recently relinquished the AEW Women’s Championship, which made Jamie Hayter the current Women’s Champion. Thunder Rosa is expected to be back in February or March.

AEW has not given a timeline for Rosa’s return, but it is possible that she would be back as per the possible schedule. The company is keeping things under wraps for a thunderous ovation.
