Tay Melo apologized to her fans for her actions on her Twitter page. Tay claimed that her inebriation was the cause of her apology. She said that she might have been inebriated when tweeting, therefore she urged her followers not to take her tweets seriously.

“I may be drunk right now so don’t take me serious y’all.. I’m gonna stop tweeting.”
