Sonya Deville has proven herself to be superstar with a bold opinion who shouldn’t be messed with. Deville’s work as an in-ring talent and on-screen authority figure has been regarded by fans and critics alike. She has always been known for her different life choices and recently dropped another one of them in regard to the occasion of Christmas.
Sonya Deville started her career in WWE in 2015 as a Tough Enough contestant for its sixth season. After the end of the show, she began performing on the SmackDown brand. She has been credited for her work with Mandy Rose as a part of ‘Fire and Desire’ and also for working as an authority figure alongside Adam Pearce.
The former Mixed Martial Artist made a name for herself due to embracing her true identity, embedding it in her on-screen gimmick and different lifestyle choices. Sonya recently saw a fan on Twitter who posted a black Christmas tree, claiming that it would match the color of her soul.
“@SonyaDevilleWWE your Christmas treat to match the color of your soul 🖤 just kidding.”
However, Sonya Deville completely ignored the troll and went drooling over the different-colored Christmas tree on Twitter. Apparently, she’s all about.
“Omg I’m obsessed 😍.”
Sonya Deville is the first openly gay female superstar in WWE. She came out to the world during her time in Tough Enough. Deville is currently in relationship with model Toni Cassano and seems to be in a very happy place with her, often posting pictures and videos of them together.
