During Wrestling Observer Radio, Dave Meltzer noted that AEW has named their interview set “The Mongo Position.” This is a tribute to Brian Muster, and it seems that name will stick around forever.

They named this position backstage ‘The Mongo Position,’ which is actually after Brian Muster, who just passed away last week. So, forever the interview position will be called the Mongo Position, and they used that name tonight.

AEW is known to pay tribute to those in the company who they lost. The company’s weekly television shows start out with a reminder of which day it is, and “you know what that means,” which is a tribute to Brodie Lee. Only time will tell how AEW honors people in the future, but Brian Muster will never be forgotten.
