Andrade El Idolo gained worldwide recognition for his incredible in-ring work in Mexico and Japan. El Idolo is asking a top Lucha Libre star to leave the Mexican promotion.

Andrade El Idolo spoke with Más Lucha for a new interview. The AEW star praised Lucha Libre AAA Worldwide star Hijo del Vikingo for his incredible in-ring skills. Andrade claimed Vikingo earns little money despite being a top star in the promotion.

Andrade telling Hijo del Vikingo he needs to get out of AAA now because they’re treating him unjustly as champion by how little they’re paying him – Andrade’s guessing 100 or 200 USD a match. Andrade later says he’s heard CMLL opening match guys make more than AAA main eventers.

Andrade El Idolo will take on Dark Order’s No. 10 in a mask versus career match this Friday on Rampage. El Idolo is apparently frustrated with how he’s been booked in AEW so far and hinted at leaving the company. We’ll have to wait till Rampage to find out the results.
