Devon Hannibal Nicholson is a wrestler and a YouTuber that runs a channel on YouTube by the name Hannibal TV. Nicholson is in tough spot right now where he faces a trial on October 12th in Kingston, Ontario, Canada, on charges of assaulting a woman last month.

The YouTuber showcased how he was assaulted by his girlfriend, who also took photos of him and is facing five different charges. Devon appeared before the court for a bail hearing and the court grated his release on the condition that he would be in touch with his parents or their supervision, with no contact with the victim.

Shockingly, Devon’s documents confirm that he was with his girlfriend from August 20th to August 29th until the event took place. It leaves no reason to worry about Devon’s behavior, and it looks like he will be scot-free soon.

Unfortunately, a situation has come up that there are a lot of people that are trying to make me guilty until proven innocent. Unfortunately, a bad situation happened with a girl that I was dating, but one thing that nobody is reporting on is that the girl [name removed] actually also has five charges against her for assaulting me with a weapon, uttering threats to me, destroying my property, and causing me bodily harm. There are two sides to the story, and she’s already had one court appearance in Ottawa.

She has another one in October. I’m going to leave it up to the courts. It’s not a matter of public opinion. It’s a matter for the courts to decide…. It’s just an unfortunate situation. I’ve never been in a situation like this before where I’ve had to deal with a partner attacking me. It’s just unfortunate. I can’t say anything more than that. I wish her the best, but it’s now a matter for the courts.

While one cannot predict the court’s judgement, it’s a given that if someone was available at a different location and was a victim himself, he can’t harm anyone else.

The court will have to look into the situation considering his girlfriend is already in custody for assault and has already appeared in front of Ottawa court. The second court appearance is due in October.
