Bayley Is Still In Shock Over Her WWE SummerSlam Return

Bayley remains one of the most popular female wrestlers in all of WWE. She has excelled in her roles as both a heel and babyface, having a record-breaking run as the Smackdown Women’s Champion. She is also still in shock about her WWE return, as she stunned the world at SummerSlam.

The Role Model was absent for well over a year after suffering an ACL injury while training at the WWE Performance Center. She finally returned during WWE SummerSlam, alongside Dakota Kai and Iyo Sky.

While speaking on After the Bell with Corey Graves, Bayley talked about her shocking return. Bayley admitted that she is still in shock about her return and is still processing it.

“I’m still in shock that I’m back. I’m still kind of processing it all. But I’m just so excited. I think I’m just starting to realize that I get to perform in front of fans again and get to mess with people again and look people in their eyes and don’t have to just hear [Corey Graves] and Michael Cole’s voice. I get to hear other voices…..[the SummerSlam return] felt oddly normal again. I wasn’t as nervous as I thought I was gonna be in front of people again.”

Bayley is now the leader of her new faction along with Dakota Kai and Iyo Sky. We will have to wait and see how their faction will be booked in the coming weeks. In the meantime, fans are still enjoying this fresh addition to the red brand.
