Footage Of Dexter Lumis Getting Dragged Off By Security After WWE RAW

The August 8th edition of Raw saw the return of familiar face to WWE as Dexter Lumis showed up on the Stamford-based promotion’s Monday night show. Lumis appeared during the show’s closing moments and attempted to jump the barricade.

The NXT alum, however, was caught by security before he could sneak inside the ring to possibly take out AJ Styles who was celebrating his victory against The Miz in a No Disqualification Match. What happened next was mostly for the crowd in Cleveland.

Fans who were in attendance caught the whole segment on their smartphones and uploaded footage to the internet. One video showed Lumis being handcuffed by the security as they dragged him out of the building.

The other showed him getting dragged to the outside of the arena. Lumis had a very similar gimmick in Triple H’s version of NXT and it appears that he will be playing, more or less, the same character on Raw. This is interesting, to say the least.

Dexter Lumis was in the middle of a storyline with Indi Hartwell when he was released by the WWE. He became Samuel Shaw and started working for independent promotions. We’ll have to wait and see what’s next for Lumis now that he’s back in WWE.

This marks two shows in a row that ended with Triple H bringing back someone his father-in-law fired, because Karrion Kross and Scarlett returned on SmackDown. Welcome to a new era in WWE. You may check out the videos below.
