Bobby Lashley won the WWE Championship after defeating The Miz on Monday Night RAW back in March last year. Since then, he was booked as a very dominant force and had Vince McMahon’s seal of approval. Lashley then lost that title to Big E in a huge moment that fans forever remember.

The Almighty and The Beast faced each other at the Royal Rumble for the WWE Championship. In the end, Lashley won the match after Paul Heyman turned on Brock Lesnar.

He defended his WWE Championship in an Elimination Chamber match at the WWE Elimination Chamber Premium Live Event on February 19th. However, the company wrote a concussion protocol angle to take him out of the match. This was because Lashley was legitimately injured. So, Lashley didn’t face Lesnar again.

While speaking to TV Insider, Bobby Lashley was asked if he wanted to face Lesnar again. The current United States Champion made it clear he wants to face Lesnar again.

“One hundred percent. If he stays healthy, and I stay healthy, we’ll get it. I want a crack at the title whether it’s Brock Lesnar or Roman Reigns. Drew McIntyre does. Sheamus does. AJ Styles too. So many people want to go after that title. Brock though is never going to be done until he completely retires. So if he isn’t done, there is still that opportunity for us.”

We will have to wait and see if Bobby Lashley faces off against Brock Lesnar in the future again. Fans would love to see it happen, and this time a different booker would be calling the shots.
