Last night on AEW Dynamite, a risky spot capped off AEW’s first tag team dumpster match. After a brutal match, Austin and Colten Gunn were defeated by The Acclaimed. They were thrown in the dumpster and then off the stage immediately after their defeat. Austin and Colten both provided health updates today.

Earlier today, both Gunn Club members published updates on their well-being. They responded in a vague way, but made it clear that they’re fine. Colten tweeted “We’re alive…I hate everything” Colten said.

Austin Gunn, on the other hand, simply tweeted a photo of the dumpster with the words “we’re fine… everything’s fine.” A way for him to add humor while also demonstrating his resilience.

Bryan Alvarez of Figure Four Online broke the news early Thursday afternoon, also verifying The Gunn Club health status. Proving that the Gunn Club were in the dumpster during the spot.

“So as it turns out the Ass Boys WERE inside that dumpster, but somehow they were fine afterward,” Alvarez tweeted.

The dumpster match between the Gunn Club and The Acclaimed was a spunky, entertaining match. Serval highlights were shown as AEW fans were delighted by the carnage and mayhem. Max Caster’s pre-match rap included a jab at Vince McMahon, generating a huge pop. Let’s see what’s next for the Gunn Club.
