Bray Wyatt was suddenly released by WWE back in July 2021. This was after he was absent from WWE television for several months prior to his release. WWE was also accused of stealing Wyatt’s gimmick.

Bray Wyatt’s Fiend character truly showed off his creative genius, as fans couldn’t believe something like that could become a reality in WWE. Unfortunately, it was too good to be true, as WWE eventually ruined the character thanks to shoddy booking.

Wyatt debuted on the main roster in 2013, introducing the Wyatt Family. While speaking on “Jofo in the Ring,” Rory McAllister of The Highlanders claimed that his partner Robbie McAllister created a persona similar to Wyatt before Wyatt’s debut. He accused WWE of stealing the gimmick from Robbie McAllister.

“That was Robbie’s idea, 100 percent. Because he went over and worked in the UK and stuff, and he was dressed up the same way, looked the exact same. He went to WWE and, all of a sudden, after they told him not to go back, here comes Bray Wyatt doing Robbie’s whole schtick.”
