Mick Foley is one of professional wrestling’s true legends. Foley has done it all, from bloody deathmatches in Japan to comedy skits in WWE and everything in between. Foley is one of the most beloved wrestlers of all time.

Mick has been largely absent from WWE programming since introducing the 24/7 Championship in 2019. Foley does make regular appearances for comedy shows and signings but hasn’t been back to WWE in a while. The Hardcore Legend also recently launched his new podcast, Foley is Pod.

On the debut episode, Mick Foley revealed what it would take for him to return to WWE television. The former WWE Champion said he would have to lose some weight first. Mick doesn’t want to let his old boss down.

“I’m going to break some news here. I’m not going back on WWE television until I’m under 300 [pounds] because I feel like I’ve let Vince down.

Even if he gets on the phone with me personally and says ‘Mick we’d like to have you back,’ cause I’ve said no on a couple of occasions. I did come back for Undertaker, but I’ve put on a ton of weight since then, too, because … I took my responsibility to keep my local eateries in business during the pandemic seriously!”

If anyone can set a goal and reach it, it is Mick Foley. Time will tell if he can get back into the kind of shape he wants. Maybe the WWE Universe will see Foley on TV again someday.
