Nikkita Lyons made a name for herself on NXT 2.0. The “Lioness of NXT” promised to shut her doubters by winning the Women’s Breakout Tournament. Unfortunately, an MCL tear forced her to exit the tournament.

Nikkita may be out from the tournament but she continues to cheer up fans and peers alike with her social media presence. The starlet posted on Instagram ahead of tonight’s NXT 2.0 broadcast.

Nikkita wore a knee brace to imply that she is still recovering from the MCL injury. The 22-year-old hasn’t provided a date for her return, but it is safe to say that her comeback will be explosive.
