Tony Khan Can’t Wait To Hear MJF Crowd Response In Long Island

For many fans, MJF is currently one of the best heels of this generation and perhaps of all time. MJF became huge star in AEW in a short time and has consistently delivered in all of his feuds. Tony Khan also can’t wait to hear MJF’s crowd response in Long Island.

The Salt of the Earth buys his own hype in a huge way. His promo game is almost without an equal, which means he can sometimes cross a line not anyone else might cross.

Due to his sheer brilliance as a heel, MJF also has his fair share of fans. While speaking on SiriusXM’s Busted Open Radio, AEW President Tony Khan talked about the upcoming episode of AEW Dynamite, which will take place in Long Island.

MFJ received a hero’s welcome from the crowd last time AEW Dynamite was at Long Island. Khan made it clear he can’t wait to hear how the crowd responds to MJF again.

“It will be really interesting to see the response. Will it be the same hero’s welcome for MJF that we became accustomed to seeing on Long Island? We shall see.

So, we’ll have the contract signing for the Wardlow vs. MJF match. Clearly, MJF has some nasty stuff up his sleeve and we’re going to find out, I believe, what that’s going to be on Wednesday night Dynamite.”

We will have to wait and see how MJF and Wardlow’s feud will progress, as we head towards AEW Double Or Nothing on May 29th. MJF is a future top star in AEW and only time will tell what’s next for him. He will certainly receive quite a homecoming in the process.
