Mia Yim was one of the hardest working performers in Triple H’s NXT and made a name for herself with brutal matches against Candice LeRae and Shayne Baszler. Unfortunately, she was released from her contract in 2021. Now, she’s back with IMPACT Wrestling, but she is no longer known as Jade.

Mia returned to IMPACT during their Under Siege event. Mia rushed to the ring to save AAA Reina de Reinas Champion Taya Valkyrie from a beatdown at the hands of Deonna Purrazzo. Mia took to Twitter to react to her return.

Home sweet home.

Mia has signed a deal with IMPACT Wrestling and will be a part of their roster going forward. Yim previously worked for IMPACT from 2015 to 2017 as Jade. This is the start of a new chapter for Mia Yim. It also means that Tony Khan apparently passed on bringing her in as an addition to his women’s division despite hiring her husband Keith Lee.
