Kurt Angle Believes Chris Jericho Is Now The Greatest Wrestler Ahead Of Shawn Michaels

Shawn Michaels is certainly one of the best in-ring performers to have ever graced a WWE ring. He was touted as Mr. WrestleMania and he truly lived up to the moniker. 

While speaking to Lucha Libre Online, Kurt Angle stated that Chris Jericho has surpassed Shawn Michaels as the greatest wrestler.

What he’s been able to do with his characters, changing and innovating himself and being able to be as effective as he is in the business this late in his career, at 51, 52 years of age, and being in the business for over 30 years,” said Kurt Angle. “He put in a lot of time and a lot of effort, and he’s very talented. So, I put him up there with Michaels, but now, after being in AEW and doing the things he’s doing now, he has to be the greatest of all time, especially the amount of years he put in.”

Chris Jericho is currently feuding with Eddie Kingston and santana and Ortiz on AEW television. We’ll have to wait and see how their feud will progress in the coming months.
