WWE has been carrying brand cross overs for the past several weeks even though the brand split is still in effect. It seems that the company will be using several SmackDown stars on RAW tonight.
According to PWInsider, SmackDown Tag Team Champions The Usos are at the Thompson-Boling Arena in Knoxville, Tennessee ahead of tonight’s RAW. New Day, Sheamus, Ridge Holland, and Butch are also present inside the building.
WWE Smackdown Tag Team Champions The Usos are at tonight’s Monday Night Raw taping, PWInsider.com has confirmed.
New Day, Sheamus, Butch and Ridge Holland are also at the taping.
Some of these talents may be used in dark matches to close the tapings but it’s always possible they can also appear on Raw.
It was previously reported that both Kane and Mustafa Ali could appear during tonight’s RAW in some capacity. Kane is the mayor of Knoxville so having him on RAW makes sense. As for Ali, WWE higherups have reportedly rekindled their interest in him.
