After debuting in AEW, Jade Cargill has been nothing short of an unstoppable force in the company. Cargill displays pure dominance in every match and for many fans, she is truly a star. She also shut down a racist fan recently.
Jade Cargill defended her TBS Women’s Championship against Marina Shafir on this week’s episode of AEW Rampage. Cargill ended up defending her title and extended her undefeated streak to 30-0.
A fan took to Twitter and made it clear he was disappointed with Cargill winning the match. “A complete disappointment. I was really pulling for Marina to put Jade in her place & take that title. The holier than thou hip-hop bullsh*t gimmick SUCKS. The female Goldberg streak needs to END,” the fan wrote.
That “hip-hop bullsh*t” comment didn’t land well. Jade Cargill didn’t take too kindly to that and shut down the fan.
“Hip hop”. Whew. Speaks a lot about you. I’m just a strong woman and that speaks “hip hop” to you? Whew.
She even sent a blunt message to people who think that all Black wrestlers look alike. We will have to wait and see what is next in store for Jade Cargill now that she is still the TBS Women’s Champion.
