WWE continues to build up the NXT roster with future stars and repackaged familiar faces. Kay Lee Ray was recently renamed “Alba Fyre.” Kacy Catanzaro is now “Katana Chance.” Several others got new names upon being called up to the main roster.

The company recently filed for two new trademarks with the USPTO. The first is two variants of the upcoming NXT “Spring Breakin'” special. WWE trademarked both the final name they went with as well as the slightly edgier “Spring Break’In” variant. Another new NXT superstar name was also locked down.

The latest NXT moniker will be “Tiger Turan.” Turan debuted at yesterday’s NXT UK tapings, defeating Tate Mayfair. The new characters are still coming hot and heavy as WWE attempts to find future stars whose intellectual property rights are controlled by the promotion.

The filings are all standard for WWE trademarks. Both can be read below:

NXT Spring Breakin’ is scheduled to air on the USA network in the normal NXT timeslot on May 3. The event was announced this week. Joe Gacy will challenge Bron Breakker in the main event for the NXT Championship.
