AJ Styles Joined WWE Thanks To Triple H

AJ Styles has been considered one of the best pro wrestlers by both fans and wrestlers alike. He is getting older but also wiser with age, which has been reflected in his in-ring capabilities. Styles also revealed Triple H was instrumental in him getting to WWE.

After appearing in the 2016 Royal Rumble, AJ Styles competed in several high profile feuds against stars such as Randy Orton, John Cena and many others. His journey to WWE was certainly a long and arduous one.

Triple H previously announced his retirement from professional wrestling, after he suffered cardiac event that almost cost him his life. While speaking to Nick Hausman, AJ Styles reflected on Triple H’s retirement. The Phenomenal One revealed that he joined WWE thanks to Triple H.

“Yeah, Triple H was here, and I am glad to see him, man. You’ve got to think, when I think about his retirement I am here because of him. Because he called me, that’s huge for me.”

AJ Styles also previously revealed how he managed to convince Vince McMahon that he was star. Triple H helped out numerous stars during his time in the company and AJ Styles is just one of many.
