Mike Bennett has had a well-traveled career in the pro wrestling industry. Bennett spent a few years on the independent circuit before making it big in Ring of Honor. It was there when he partnered up with his eventual wife, Maria Kanellis. The two also spent time in WWE and other promotions around the world.

Bennett recently made his return to national TV when he joined Impact Wrestling at the Hard to Kill pay-per-view earlier this year. Mike is a name that is very familiar to wrestling fans around the world, having also worked in NJPW as well. That doesn’t make him immune from the same kinds of problems that we all experience.

Mike Bennett recently tweeted a story about a good-natured stranger. Mike lost his wallet getting back into his car. He didn’t realize it was gone until he got home. Bennett tweeted the story of how the stranger returned it right to his front door.

“Yesterday while getting back into my car, my wallet fell out of my pocket onto the ground. I didn’t realize it until I got home and a man knocked on my door and brought it back to me. Thank you for your act of kindness”

In an industry dominated by ego and selfishness, it’s nice to hear some positive news once in a while. The stranger could’ve easily walked away with the contents of the wallet. Instead, he returned it to Bennett’s home.

Mike Bennett has had some rough times. WWE fired him at one point. Ring of Honor let him go when the company went on hiatus. Now, he is thriving elsewhere. Outside of the ring, Mike is just grateful that there are still some kind people in the world.
