The Hardys Accidentally Stole Kurt Angle’s Pyro At WrestleMania 33

WWE Hall Of Famer Kurt Angle has not returned to pro wrestling since his release, but that didn’t stop WWE from offering him role. He is certainly one of the best pro wrestlers to have ever graced the squared circle. He had a tremendous career in WWE, spanning multiple World Title runs and incredible matches.

Angle has squared off against the best of the best the pro wrestling world has to offer and accomplished a lot. His entrance is also one of the most iconic entrances in pro wrestling history.

At WrestleMania 33, Matt and Jeff Hardy made their shocking return to WWE after a very long hiatus. It made fans go crazy as they popped very loud for The Hardys’ return.

While speaking on The Wives of Wrestling Podcast, Giovanna Angle, Kim Orton, and Jon Alba were joined by Reby Hardy discussed a variety of topics. Reby Hardy revealed that The Hardys accidentally stole the pyro meant for Kurt Angle at WrestleMania 33.

It was the big debut of Matt and Jeff, the big surprise at WrestleMania. So that is a big, huge day for the Hardys. Otherwise known as f*** Kurt Angle day, because right — so apparently I didn’t know this until after the fact. It was a beautiful moment. They’re going down this beautiful long ramp, and all the fans are going crazy, and it’s a great moment, right? And there’s pyro, and there’s fireworks in the sky, and Matt’s going in slow motion like this. It’s amazing, right? Beautiful moment.

So I don’t know if it was like right after a couple of days or what. And Giovanna said, ‘Hey, did you notice how you know at the end of Matt and Jeff’s match there at WrestleMania that the fireworks were red, white, and blue?’ And I was like, ‘No, I didn’t. I was all preoccupied,’ right? I didn’t know what the f*** was going on. And she goes, ‘Yeah, those were Kurt’s fireworks.'”

The Hardys eventually made their way to AEW and are now already happy there by the looks of it. We’ll have to see how Jeff and Matt Hardy will be booked in AEW in the coming weeks.
