Becky Lynch has remained one of the mainstays of WWE television for the past few years now. Lynch was also involved in some of the most iconic moments in recent history. She is never afraid to speak up for what she believes in as well.

For the past few weeks, Becky Lynch has been engaged in a feud with WWE Hall Of Famer Lita. It started back on Monday Night RAW as Lita challenged her for a RAW Women’s Title match, which Lynch promptly accepted.

Since her return during WWE SummerSlam last year, Lynch has remained a heel and developed her Big Time Becks persona. It has largely been a hit or miss with fans as a lot of them simply do not have any interest in her gimmick.

While speaking to Graham GSM Matthews of Bleacher Report, Becky Lynch talked about the criticism she has received over her character. Lynch made it clear that she believes anyone who criticizes her is just silly.

“Sometimes you laugh it off. I was watching the Olympics and I was watching these incredible athletes do ice skating. They are doing these incredible 360s. I’m not a good ice skater. I’m sure I can put one foot in front of the other and keep my balance, but I can’t do pirouettes and flips and all of this mad stuff and synchronized dancing and twirls. I was watching and I said to my husband, ‘I don’t like these people. Ah. I hate their facial expressions.’ Then I laughed at how ridiculous that is. Imagine if I had put that up on Twitter and I had criticized these people who had been training their whole life doing these impossible tasks that I have never done. it’s silly. We here, we’re the best in the game, we’re the best in the world. Anybody criticizing me, when I’m arguably the best at what I do, it’s just silly.”

Becky Lynch is set to defend her RAW Women’s Championship against Lita at WWE Elimination Chamber on February 19th. It remains to be seen how Lita will fare in the highly anticipated match.
