Shinsuke Nakamura Cleared To Wrestle Just Before Royal Rumble

Shinsuke Nakamura has been out of action for WWE for a while. The Intercontinental Champion had been dealing with hand injury. It looks like Nakamura has received the OK to wrestle just in time for the upcoming WWE Royal Rumble premium live event.

Nakamura and Rick Boogs have become popular staples of WWE programming. Shinsuke has been out over a month due to the hand injury. The WWE Universe was starting to wonder if the Japanese superstar would make it to the Royal Rumble at all.

Shinsuke Nakamura is headed for the Royal Rumble. Nakamura shared the news on his Instagram Story. The King of Strong Style also said he was cleared to wrestle.

It isn’t confirmed that Nakamura will appear on tonight’s WWE SmackDown. Nakamura did post a photo on his story that said he was flying to Kansas City, so it is likely we see him. The Royal Rumble is almost a slam dunk at this point. Shinsuke will be returning to TV screens very soon.

We’ll see what kinds of plans WWE has for Shinsuke Nakamura. Since becoming IC champion, he’s had very few title defenses on television. Perhaps WWE has something cooking for the Royal Rumble.
