Johnny Gargano Really Wants A Match With Bryan Danielson In AEW

Johnny Gargano was considered the face of NXT by many fans due to his excellent feuds with the likes of Tommaso Ciampa and Adam Cole. He has had various nicknames such as Johnny Wrestling, Johnny TakeOver and more and they are all for good reason.

As seen on a previous episode of NXT 2.0, Gargano made it clear that his status in NXT is up in the air. However, many fans realized that Johnny Gargano was done for good. That turned out to be true as he is now officially free agent.

While speaking on a recent Twitch stream, Johnny Gargano talked about Bryan Danielson. Gargano revealed that he really wants to have a rematch against Bryan Danielson.

The guy for my personal opinion just because I have been in the ring with him. So, I kind of know from experience, I don’t know how to explain it or say why he’s the best wrestler in the world. You just got to be in there with him and you just know, like, you just know. Bryan is the best and it’s a shame that we never got a chance to have entangled in the last couple years but hopefully at some point down the line that can happen.”

As reported earlier, Johnny Gargano could also make his AEW debut in Cleaveland on January 26th. Johnny Gargano also recently stated that he will work wherever fans call for him to work. We will have to wait and see what Johnny Gargano will ultimately decide for himself.
