There is no doubt that Adam Cole achieved a lot of success during his 4-year run on NXT. He helped elevate the black and gold brand to the next level and had some of the best matches in recent memory as well. It seems Jim Cornette isn’t a fan of Adam Cole’s current booking in AEW.

Adam Cole decided that he wanted to be All Elite and so made his debut at AEW All Out and utterly shocked the pro wrestling world to its core. Cole has already become one of the mainstays of the AEW television and fans are always excited to see him every week.

Both Bobby Fish and Kyle O’Reilly also made their debuts in AEW and this finally led to a reformation of the Undisputed Era. While speaking on his podcast, Jim Cornette Experience, Jim Cornette criticized AEW for how they have been booking The Undisputed era. He accused the company of erasing the group right from the start.

“You think about how NXT and WWE kept the Undisputed Era on the top, kept them interacting with the best stars, kept them away from following their worst instincts, and this comedy sh*t. It’s not happening here since nobody is in charge. There is no authority in AEW. Because of this, Undisputed Era has been erased.

They have lost the opportunity they had. They had a top group who fought for major titles in the other company, where they were booked like a million dollars, who had been must-see television. Now it is simply over before it started. Who really cares about the Undisputed Era?”

AEW is also likely building up a feud between The Undisputed Era and The Elite, once Kenny Omega comes back. There is certainly a lot of history between Adam Cole and both factions, so it remains to be seen how they will slowly build towards the likely feud between The Undisputed and The Elite.
