Jim Ross is a veteran in the pro wrestling world, as he made a name for himself as a commentator in WWE, delivering some of the most iconic moments in the history of pro wrestling. Jim Ross also has a long history of health issues, including his Bell’s Palsy. It seems Ross admitted he struggles with his cancer treatment.

Many people have even called for Jim Ross’ death, which is simply uncalled for. The WWE Hall Of Famer previously revealed that he was going to get tested for skin cancer. Jim Ross then confirmed that he did, in fact, have skin cancer.

It was also said that Jim Ross might have to step down from the commentary booth due to skin cancer. Despite that, Jim Ross managed to work a previous episode of AEW Dynamite.

While speaking on the Grilling JR Podcast, Jim Ross talked about his ongoing cancer treatment. The WWE Hall Of Famer admitted that he struggles with the mental aspect of his cancer treatment.

“The biggest issue I have to deal with is the mental aspect of this business,” JR said. “Sometimes I allow myself to find that I’m in a place where I’m wondering what happens to me if the radiation doesn’t work. I don’t have those thoughts very long. I don’t think that will ever be the case, I feel very positive that I’ll be out of this mess in a few weeks. Then going forward I’ll do what I should’ve been doing all along, I’ll pay attention. It doesn’t hurt, all of us should go see a dermatologist every year.”

We sincerely hope Jim Ross will be okay as he continues to get treatment for his skin cancer. He is unlikely to return until at least December 29 as a result of the therapy so it remains to be seen when he will be returning.
