Brian Gewirtz spent sixteen years with WWE as writer and consultant. He was first brought into the company by The Rock. In fact, Gewirtz currently works for Dwayne Johnson’s Seven Bucks Productions.

Now, Gewirtz is planning to release a tell-all book about his experiences in the company. According to PW Insider, Brian intends for the book to come out some time in the summer of 2022. It will be published by Hachette Book Group imprint Twelve Books.

Brian is currently the Senior VP for Development for Johnson’s Seven Bucks. In the past, he’s spoken about his turn as head writer for the company. He said over time, he saw things become more rigid. Things were far more loose when he first started.

In 2019, Gewirtz criticized WWE publicly. He joked about the length of WWE programming. He compared it to the action-packed three hours that was Avengers: Endgame. “Your move, WrestleMania,” he said.
