Vince McMahon showed up at Survivor Series and he had an egg with him. That egg is a tie-in for Netflix’s Red Notice, a film that featured The Rock. Last night’s Survivor Series event was even built around The Rock’s 25th anniversary, but he didn’t show up. That didn’t stop Vince McMahon from namedropping him.

The Rock was reportedly supposed to be at Survivor Series. He ended up being out of the country while working on a new project instead.

Buddy Matthews, former WWE Superstar Buddy Murphy, understands how WWE’s storylines can cause a lot of questions. He replied to this recent development in paid advertising with two emojis that really made his point.

Both RAW and SmackDown Superstars are going to be on the red brand’s show tonight. They will all be interrogated to see who stole Mr. McMahon’s $100 million egg. We can only imagine how this one will turn out.

Red Notice did break records for Netflix and they are now cutting a check for WWE. That is quite a deal and now fans get an egg segment just in time for Thanksgiving. Perhaps a small Gobbledy Gooker will make its debut.

I love pro wrestling and hate BS. These two things drive me. Years of experience in writing, journalism, and digging exclusive insider info for Ringside News. Worked in finance before realizing pro wrestling journalism made much less sense. Pro beachballs at pro wrestling shows, pro dives if someone catches, anti bullies, olives, and pineapples on pizza.
