WWE is making a lot of moves across the pro wrestling world, but it seems that one story is not true about recent momentum, or lack thereof. It was reported that WWE’s Mexican offices have closed, but that is not the case.

A WWE representative has informed Ringside News that reports of a Mexico office closure are false. No further information was given except for the fact that this story is not true about the closure.

WWE hasn’t been back to Mexico since 2019 due to the pandemic. They are currently making plans for a return to the country, but those dates have not been announced yet. The pandemic obviously caused a lot of issues with international travel.

The company’s Japanese offices did close down, but that is not the case for Mexico. Those employees still have a job with the company.

I love pro wrestling and hate BS. These two things drive me. Years of experience in writing, journalism, and digging exclusive insider info for Ringside News. Worked in finance before realizing pro wrestling journalism made much less sense. Pro beachballs at pro wrestling shows, pro dives if someone catches, anti bullies, olives, and pineapples on pizza.
