Ric Flair Reached Out To Big E After WWE Title Win

Big E truly had a long and difficult road to the top of WWE. After making an impact on NXT, he soon made his way to the main roster but was eventually lost in the shuffle. It seems Ric Flair reached out to him after his huge win last month.

The New Day member made headlines last month after he promised to cash in his Money In The Bank briefcase. This would lead to lot of excitement among fans and there is a good reason for that.

Big E ended up cashing in his Money In The Bank briefcase on Bobby Lashley and defeated him for the WWE Championship, signaling the start of his era of Monday Night RAW.

While speaking to Ebro, Big E talked about winning the WWE Championship. Big E also revealed that two-time WWE Hall of Famer “Nature Boy” Ric Flair reached out to him after his WWE Title win.

“I hae no idea how he has my number. There were a lot of people who reached out. I got a Ric Flair text. I will always pop at getting a text from him.Having Ric Flair reach out. He has always been calling me. He’s always been real cool. He was definitely one that was dope.”

Big E successfully defended his WWE Title against Drew McIntyre at WWE Crown Jewel last week. We will have to wait and see how Big E will be booked as the WWE Champion in the coming months as fans are certainly enjoying his title run.
