Kick-Off Show

Kayla Braxton is hosting the Kick-Off Show from a studio, and she’s with Peter Rosenberg and Matt Camp. They announce that the match between Roman Reigns and Brock Lesnar is now No Disqualifications, and Goldberg Vs. Bobby Lashley is Falls Count Anywhere.

We see a video package for Drew McIntyer Vs. Big E. Kayla asks who needs this one more, to which Matt Camp says Drew is going to SmackDown and Big E needs to solidify his reign with a big victory. Rosenberg agrees and says everyone is still wondering if Big E’s Championship reign is a fluke. Meanwhile SmackDown is a fresh start for McIntyre and he can go after Roman Reigns or Brock Lesnar.

The panel discuss the King of the Ring and Queen’s Crown Tournaments. They hype up the women’s as a history-making match, and say Zelina Vega is an underdog here who could surprise everyone. As for the King of the Ring, Finn Balor and Xavier Woods have never wrestled and they both want this very badly. Woods literally became a WWE Superstar because of his love for King of the Ring and no-one wants it more than him. He’s the sentimental favourite.

Goldber Vs. Lashley is up next and Rosenberg says he stands by Bobby because Gage did jump in the ring and attack him. Camp says this is personal and Lashley needs to forget about character assissnations and worry about an angry Goldberg. Rosenberg says MVP is out and that’s a factor, but Goldberg’s time is done and Lashley is the most dominant man in WWE.

Kayla Braxton walks back the announcement of Roman Reigns Vs. Brock Lesnar as a No Disqualifications match, she says neither man want that so it’s back to being a normal match.

Paul Heyman is interviewed backstage and asked about the Universal Championship match and Kevin Patrick asks if Heyman did go over the contract with Lesnar but Heyman says he hopes he gets fired. Heyman says he will walk down to the ring with his Tribal Chief, Roman Reigns, and he will walk back to the locker room with the reigning, defending, undispited WWE Universal Champion… but he didn’t say who.

Winners: The Uso’s

The panel debate Edge Vs. Seth Rollins. Rosenberg says Seth has played the game Edge was famous for playing. It’s got so personal and Rollins seems to have the upper hand. Edge choosing a Hell In A Cell seems like an emotional decision for someone with neck injuries. Rollins is a sly fox and bated Edge into this, but maybe Edge’s sheer rage will be enough for him to put this to bed.

That’s it for the Crown Jewel Kick-Off Show. The main show is starting right now, just hit that rerfresh link below for the latest results. Enjoy!
