American fans must use Bleacher Report Live to watch AEW pay-per-views, and a lot of fans have experienced issues with that service. Fite TV offered All Out, and that might have helped them break that company record. It seems that the company’s deal with Fite TV was only a one-shot deal.

According to Bryan Alvarez on Wrestling Observer Live, Bleacher Report Live’s new app wouldn’t work on Apple TV, so they arranged a one-time deal to offer AEW’s pay-per-view through Fite TV.

“The impression I got was that Bleacher Report was creating a new app and it will not be available on Apple TV, others as well, apparently there were going to be a fair number of people who wouldn’t be able to watch the show. So, they made a one-time deal with Fite TV, and that’s how the whole deal came about, but it was a one-time deal and presumably everything regarding Bleacher Report is going to be ready by the next pay-per-view, so they will be back to exclusively Bleacher Report on pay-per-view.”

We will have to see if AEW can arrange for their events to be available on both BR Live and Fite TV for American fans. They certainly sold a ton of pay-per-views this time around, and that might help them in negotiations.
