John Cena had a lot to say to Roman Reigns during their segment on SmackDown this week. As Ringside News exclusively reported, that segment was written by Cena, Paul Heyman, and Roman Reigns. Vince McMahon also loved how the two didn’t see each other beforehand to provide genuine reactions. During that promo, Cena mentioned something CM Punk once did and plenty of people noticed.

Cena said that he plans on taking the Universal Title from Roman Reigns, sitting on the barricade, and blowing a kiss to him before leaving. That is exactly what CM Punk did to Cena so many years ago at Money in the Bank 2011.

CM Punk certainly noticed that John Cena made mention to his famous segment. He responded in tune as he made reference to the fact that his name is not allowed to be spoken on WWE television.

John Cena followed that up by simply posting a photo of CM Punk blowing a kiss to Vince McMahon before he took off with the WWE Title. You can check out the post and the video below from that famous moment in WWE History.

In typical Cena fashion, he did not include any caption for his Instagram post, but he certainly made a big point by putting that photo on his account.
