Miro made his debut in AEW last year and there were a lot of expectations from him as he had proven to be a great performer. Miro finally lived up to his potential after defeating Darby Allin for the TNT Championship. Since then he has been booked as a very strong champion.
On last week’s episode of AEW Fyter Fest Night 1, Miro introduced a new look to the TNT Championship that truly made the belt even more personal. On this week’s episode of AEW Fyter Fest Night 2, AEW aired a promo by Miro which further elevated his character.
Cody Rhodes took to Twitter and reacted to the promo as Rhodes simply stated that he loves it. Miro saw Cody Rhodes’ reply and warned Rhodes that he will face Miro soon.
Don’t cheer too loudly, False Leader. Soon you’ll have to talk to The Redeemer yourself.
With Cody Rhodes currently engaged in a feud with Malakai Black, we will have to wait and see when he will be squaring off against Miro.
