This week’s episode of Friday Night Smackdown marked the return of live crowds in the shows and fans were certainly delighted with it.

WWE has made sure that they will be back on the road from now on and that also includes live events besides the main roster shows.

However, now it seems an upcoming live event has been cancelled. A scheduled live event by WWE in Gainesville, Florida next month will be longer be taking place as per the venue’s website. No reason for the cancellation was given either.

The WWE Supershow originally scheduled for August 8 in Gainesville will no longer be taking place. Refunds are available from original points of purchase.

The card was scheduled for Sunday, August 8th, and promoted as a WWE Supershow, which would have included Superstars from both brands.

This also isn’t the first event to be cancelled as the State Farm Arena in Atlanta announced that the live WWE SmackDown episode scheduled for September 17 had been cancelled as well.
